When you first meet your IFA they will ask you to sign a form to authorise the Trustee to send information about your Scheme benefits to them.

  • 2 Your IFA sends a request to the Administration Team including the signed authority

Your IFA will send a request to the Administration Team requesting the information they require to advise you. They will include with this request the authority form you signed to allow the Trustee to provide this information.

  • 3 The Administration Team provides requested information to your IFA

The Administration Team will provide the information your IFA has requested directly to them.

  • 4 You meet with your IFA

Once your IFA has received all the information they require they will arrange to see you again.
